How subscriptions work
Your free trial lasts seven days from account creation and needs no card. Subscribing starts a separate monthly or annual billing period.
Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the period already paid for.
Web orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payments, tax, invoices, customer service enquiries and returns.
iPhone purchases and purchase restoration will become available after App Store setup and device testing. They are not available yet.

Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Your seven days start when you create an account.
Can it scan a full cupboard?
Yes. Photograph a shelf and My Food Flow will suggest the visible items and pack sizes. You review everything before it is added, so hidden or unclear items can be corrected.
Will it recognise fresh food without labels?
Yes. It can recognise loose fruit, vegetables and other visible food without packaging. Amounts are estimates, and you confirm them before saving.
Are recipes limited to a fixed list?
No. My Food Flow can invent a fresh recipe from your kitchen, diners, available time, cuisine and dietary preferences, with a picture of the finished dish.
What if I am missing an ingredient?
Missing ingredients are clearly marked and can be added straight to your shopping list. You can also ask for recipes using only what you have.
Does it account for allergies?
You can save ingredients and allergens to avoid, but AI suggestions can be wrong. Always check labels and suitability yourself before cooking.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the current paid period.
Will I lose my kitchen and saved recipes if I cancel?
Your saved information remains linked to your account, but paid features are unavailable after access ends. You can permanently delete your account and its data from the account screen.
